Originally built in 1931 as a series of garages, the U-shaped complex later served as an art warehouse, exhibition hall, and locksmith’s shop before falling into disuse. In 2018, a group of artists and creatives revived the site, transforming it into workshops and apartments. The renovation preserved its industrial spirit while cladding the façade with Rauch/Holz® Kaiman, chosen for its durability, low maintenance, and sustainability — a modern, resilient shell for a historic structure.
